All work we ever do
is a collaboration

Nothing is static. Life moves.
February 2022

When we reach an impasse, stepping away can create space for solutions and feelings to emerge.
Simple, automatic activities – especially movement – can help ideas unfold. Immersed in a city’s architecture, balconies, beaches, facades, and street life, language falls away. Not understanding frees the mind from thinking and invites deeper attention to sensation: sounds, sights, smells, tastes.

In this openness, new information is received with delight. It becomes a way of perceiving – a practice of paying attention. Life is happening around us, and nothing begins with us alone. The more we notice, the clearer it becomes that all work is collaborative: with the world, our experiences, our tools, and ourselves.

We perceive the ordinary and translate it, offering others a glimpse of how we see – rediscover the impact of what we see and feel in life happening around us.
